| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho busca investigar a experiência de mulheres refugiadas habitantes da cidade de Lisboa na busca por emprego na capital portuguesa. Busca-se compreender os desafios encontrados por elas para a inserção no mercado de trabalho, parte fundamental da integração no país de acolhimento. Na revisão bibliográfica, são apresentados conceitos e marcos importantes para o fenômeno do refúgio no panorama da crise migratória atual, assim como a importância de se considerar uma perspectiva de gênero, considerando-se a condição de dupla vulnerabilidade vivenciada por mulheres refugiadas, e a atualidade de Portugal como país de acolhimento, dentro do contexto europeu. A partir de uma metodologia qualitativa de pesquisa etnográfica, realizada por etapas não-lineares, os dados da investigação incluem a observação participante de dois eventos voltados para o auxílio a refugiados e entrevistas em profundidade com sete mulheres de diferentes origens, além de representantes de organizações com foco no refúgio. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The present work seeks to investigate the experience of refugee women living in the city of Lisbon in their search for employment in the Portuguese capital. The aim is to understand the challenges faced by them in entering the job market, a fundamental part of integration in the host country. In the bibliographical review, important concepts and milestones for the phenomenon of refuge are presented in the panorama of the current migration crisis, as well as the importance of considering a gender perspective, considering the condition of double vulnerability experienced by refugee women, and the current of Portugal as a host country, within the European context. Using a qualitative ethnographic research methodology, carried out in non-linear stages, the investigation data includes participant observation of two events aimed at helping refugees and in-depth interviews with seven women from different backgrounds, as well as representatives of organizations with a focus on refuge. | pt_PT |
