We currently live in a universal landscape where technology and information systems have a great weight and influence on practically the entire world population. This digital advance has affected many areas of our daily lives and inevitably has consequences, both positive and negative. Sports, specifically tennis and padel tennis, have been no exception to the rule and have also been affected by this digital transformation, impacting on various areas such as athlete training, fan interaction and even sports justice. The technologies most widely used in these two sports to help referees make decisions are expensive and do not allow the majority of amateur players to enjoy a fair practice of these sports. The main aim of this research is to define a cost-effective and efficient architecture that can be used to help improve sporting truth in tennis and paddle tennis, providing a source of information for club owners so that they can implement technologies that suit their budget. In this context, a framework was created on the technologies currently most used and possible alternatives on the market were identified. The Internet of Things is the basis of all the technologies mentioned and was also studied.
