O plano geral tem por finalidade intensificar tanto quanto possível a acção sanitária e melhorar a organização dos Serviços de Saúde através da construção e amplificação de edifícios para a instalação de hospitais, postos sanitários, maternidades e laboratórios, reorganização de alguns serviços já existentes e manter uma estreita colaboração com a Missão Permanente de Estudo e Combate da Doença do Sono e outras endemias na Guiné.
The purpose of the general plan is to intensify health action as much as possible and improve the organization of Health Services through the construction and expansion of buildings for the installation of hospitals, health posts, maternity hospitals and laboratories, reorganization of some existing services and maintaining a close collaboration with the Permanent Mission to Study and Combat Sleeping Sickness and other endemic diseases in Guinea.
