Em Episteme Poética e Consecução de Humanidade, apresento e
defendo a tese de que a finalidade da consumação de arte e a consequente realização
de obra-de-arte é promover a individuação do próprio artista, ou seja, a sua
humanização. Por outro lado, a interpretação da obra-de-arte pelo espectador poderá
contribuir do mesmo modo para a individuação do próprio espectador que procede à
interpretação. Na medida em que se atribui uma finalidade ao fenómeno artístico, tem
de se reconhecer nele a existência da dimensão epistémica. O fenómeno artístico é
aqui tomado na sua integridade. Porém, para a análise, é fragmentado em três
momentos, correspondendo a cada um deles uma das três secções que estruturam a
obra. Precede-os uma introdução cujo objectivo é dar o enquadramento conceptual de
algumas palavras omnipresentes ao longo do texto, sendo também ela igualmente
composta por três partes: linguagem, humano e conhecimento.
In Poetic Epistemology and Accomplishment of Humanity, I present and defend the thesis that the purpose of the accomplishment of art and of the artwork that results from it is to promote the individuation of the artist himself, that is, his humanization. On the other hand, the interpretation of the artwork by the spectator should contribute in the same way to the individuation of the spectator himself, when he carries out the interpretation of the artwork. From the fact that an aim is ascribed to the artistic phenomenon, there must be recognized in it the existence of an epistemic dimension. Here the artistic phenomenon is taken in its integrity. However, for the purpose of analysis, it is fragmented in three moments, corresponding to each of them one of the three sections that structure the work. They are preceded by an introduction that provides the conceptual frame to some words which are used throughout the text and it also consists of three parts: language, human and knowledge.
