| Abstract: | The work here presented consists of a traineeship report on the subject of the parental alienation in the sequence of the training period carried through in the Family and Minors Court of Lisbon. This study it is made through several parental agreements that are exposed and analyzed here as well as some doctrine and jurisprudence that is compiled here. O presente trabalho consiste num relatório de estágio sobre o tema da alienação parental na sequência do estágio realizado no Tribunal de Família e Menores de Lisboa. Este estudo é feito através de diversos acordos parentais que aqui são expostos e analisados bem como de alguma doutrina e jurisprudência que aqui é compilada. |
