The topic of this contribution is a legal manuscript, conserved actually in the Arras Library (ms. 499 [593]), on which we can state that it was illustrated and decorated in the South of France, probably in Avignon, in the first half of the fourteenth century by the so-called workshop of Liber de visionis Ezechielis Rotis. Th e discovery of this manuscript enriches the corpus of legal manuscripts connected with Avignon and this important workshop.
