A obra de assistência sanitária dispensada aos indígenas da área da Missão Católica, de Mutuáli, é documento comprovativo dos objectivos altamente humanitários e filantrópicos do Governo Português.
Ao nosso Governo não passa despercebido que a maior riqueza das Possessões Ultramarinas está essencialmente na massa da sua população. Querer fazer das nassas Províncias do Ultramar prolongamentos vivos da Mãe-Pátria é, antes de tudo, procurar valorizar o elemento humano. Para este problema de importância capital olham, solìcitamente, os nossos Dirigentes e é de esperar que os seus intentos sejam coroados de pleno êxito, num futuro mais ou menos próximo.
The healthcare provided to the indigenous people in the Catholic Mission area of Mutuáli is proof of the highly humanitarian and philanthropic objectives of the Portuguese Government. Our Government is well aware that the greatest wealth of the Overseas Possessions lies essentially in the mass of its population. Wanting to make our Overseas Provinces living extensions of the Motherland is, above all, seeking to value the human element. Our leaders are looking closely at this issue of paramount importance, and it is to be hoped that their efforts will be crowned with success in the not too distant future.
