Os autores apresentam os resultados da determinação dos grupos sanguíneos (Sistema ABO) realizada em 2.000 indígenas residentes em Luanda e fazem a sua distribuição por sexo e região de origem.
Os autores não se limitaram a determinar os grupos utilizando exclusivamente soros padrão: em todos os 2.000 casos, foi também realizada a contraprova: soro problema glóbulos conhecidos A e B.
The authors present the results of the determination of the blood groups (ABO system) of 2,000 natives living in Luanda and they distribute these groups by sexes and the regions where they were born. The authors not only determine the groups by the exclusive use of reference sera but also in all the 2,000 cases they made a cross-test: unknown serum plus known A and B blood cells.
