Resumo(s)
Last-mile logistics faces significant challenges, such as operational inefficiencies, high costs, customer dissatisfaction, and environmental impacts. On the other hand, the rapid growth of e-commerce in recent years and the consequent proliferation of new stakeholders have further intensified these issues. In this context, by promoting resource sharing and operational optimization, collaborative networks appear as a promising solution to enhance the last-mile logistics by integrating ecosystem concepts and exploring emerging technologies. This work proposes the development of a collaborative logistics ecosystem, where various last-mile logistics actors share infrastructure and data to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction, while also contributing to sustainability. The structure of this ecosystem is detailed, including its challenges, expected benefits, and initial implementation ideas. Ongoing research is focused on the development of a simulation model to evaluate different organizational structures and governance models in this sector. This proposal serves as a basis for implementing effective collaborative networks, promoting innovation and sustainability in last-mile logistics.
