Nesta memória, percebe-se a organização do Serviço de Saúde da Companhia dos Diamantes de Angola em Lunda. Destaca-se a assistência médico-sanitária ao pessoal branco ao serviço nas explorações mineiras, ao pessoal indígena e a todos os habitantes do distrito de Chitato.
Compilam-se ainda elementos estatísticos relativos a cinco anos de atividade que demonstram a extensão e a magnitude da assistência prestada.
This papel is a report on the Public Health Activities of the Companhia dos Dimantes de Angola in Lunda. It is pointed out the medical sanitary assistance to the European labourers who work in the mining explorations as well as the assistance given to the native labourers and to ali the inhabitants of the Chitato circunscription. Some statistical data covering a period of five years of the activiy of this assistance are presented.
