1 ) A existência de um caso de ginecomastia sem hermafroditismo;
2) Não existência clínica de lepra, que invalida a etiologia lepromatosa;
3) Pensamos naturalmente, ,emb-ora os no'ssos recursos não nos permitam ir mais além, tratar~se duma ginecomastia de etiologia endocrínica;
4) Coexistência de ancilostomíase, ou melhor dum caso «autóctone» de ancilostomíase.
1) The existence of a case of gynecomastia without hermaphroditism; 2) Clinical absence of leprosy, which invalidates the lepromatous etiology; 3) We naturally think, although our resources do not allow us to go further, that this is a case of gynecomastia of endocrine etiology; 4) Coexistence of hookworm infection, or rather an “autochthonous” case of hookworm infection.
