Resumo(s)

In Portugal, in 2011, under the now-repealed version of the Law on Waste, a target was established to use at least 5% recycled materials, or materials incorporating recycled content, whenever technically feasible, relative to the total amount of raw materials used, but only in public works. With the publication of the new Law on Waste, through Decree-Law 102-D/2020, December 10, subsequently amended by Decree-Law 24/2024, March 26, this target has been increased to 10% of the materials used.
