"Circadian rhythms allow organisms to anticipate environmental changes and govern several major biological functions in mammalian physiology, including the immune system. Current lifestyle choices, marked by erratic sleep pat-terns, irregular light exposure, and eating habits, contribute to circadian dis-ruption in modern societies. This disruption is linked to an increased risk of various chronic pathologies, particularly those associated with type-2 immun-ity, such as asthma and allergies.
