This report offers an initial overview of existing professional development opportunities for Research Managers (RMs). The data collection focused on five key categories relevant to RMs: Training, Mobility, Networking, Funding Opportunities, and RM Networks. This work was developed under the RM-Roadmap project (grant agreement number 101058475), as part of Work Package 2 (WP2): Training and Development, led by NOVA University Lisbon (NOVA).
