Resumo(s)
Animals adapt their foraging decisions with respect to nutrient availability and their internal needs. These decisions rely on complex computations in order to decide whether to exploit a food source or to continue exploring potentially better options. However, the neuronal circuit logic underlying dynamic computations for balancing exploration and exploitation during foraging and how they are shaped by internal states remain poorly understood.
