Venda feita por D. Estêvão Soares e sua mulher,
Branca Garcia, a Domingos Esteves, de uma almuinha, com uma vinha e casas, e, ainda, uma
herdade entre elas, foreira ao Mosteiro de Alcobaça, situadas junto a Coimbra, ao fundo de Figueira Velha, pelo preço de 530 morabitinos. Do
lado do aguião, esses bens partiam com vinha e
almuinha da Ordem do Hospital e, do lado sul,
com vinha, lagar e herdade da Sé de Coimbra e
do Mosteiro de Santa Cruz. A esta venda deram
consentimento Garcia Garcia, alcaide de Coimbra, e sua mulher, Marina Peres.
1252, February, Coimbra Sale, carried out by D. Estêvão Soares and his wife, Branca Garcia, to Domingos Esteves, of a small property, comprising a vineyard and some houses, as well as a farmstead between them, leased to the Monastery of Alcobaça, located near Coimbra, after Figueira Velha, for the price of 530 morabitinos. On the northern side, that property bordered the Order of the Hospital, comprising a vineyard and small property; and, from the south side, from the See of Coimbra and the Monastery of Santa Cruz, comprising a vineyard, a winepress and a farmstead. Garcia Garcia, under-provost of Coimbra, and his wife, Marina Peres, consented to this sale.
