A Fête des Vignerons, objeto deste estudo, se constitui numa festa de origem medieval dos produtores de vinho do distrito de Vevey na Suíça e, tem como propósito, celebrar o trabalho dos viticultores da região, mais conhecidos pela designação de vignerons-tâcherons. O estudo ressalta que a festa é, hoje, um evento de grande repercussão nacional e internacional, graças ao seu caráter regional e cultural e pelo apego da sua população às raízes rurais do trabalho da terra. Embora ao longo do tempo, tenha sido palco da introdução de vários elementos resultantes da modernidade, dando novos contornos à produção festiva, assumiu diversas
formas, até a sua transformação em dimensão espetacular, com acentuada midiatização, evento que exige uma longa sistematização prévia de todo o processo de organização, e que envolve um número expressivo de atores-figurantes, voluntários e patrocinadores. Outrossim, possui uma especificidade que tem reflexo no modo de produção festiva, o fato de a mesma compreender uma temporalidade com intervalos de até 25 anos. Resultado de um trabalho de terreno, empreendido entre os anos de 2017 a 2020, esta pesquisa procurou analisar a performance cultural de organização desse evento singular, visando compreender as dinâmicas de reprodução da festa, a sua organização e o modo de transmissão entre diferentes gerações, além da forma como se estrutura e sobrevive durante um longo período de intermitência, visto que cada edição se realiza no intervalo de mais de duas décadas. Para atingir este objetivo, explora duas questões importantes no processo de compreensão da festa. A primeira delas se reporta à identificação dos agentes ativos relacionados de maneira direta e/ou indireta na organização e reprodução da festa e ao modo como se processa a preservação e transmissão da memória. A segunda indagação remete ao percurso histórico da Fête des Vignerons, considerando os mecanismos utilizados que corroboram o processo de sobrevivência da festa durante o longo tempo entre cerimônias. Aspectos como os processos históricos, as dinâmicas de reprodução, os agentes envolvidos, os mecanismos de perpetuação da festa, as transições e rupturas foram algumas das questões abordadas ao longo da investigação. O método etnográfico se pautou em três etapas. A priori, realizou-se a pesquisa bibliográfica com um mergulho nas fontes e análise documental nos arquivos da confraria e instituições locais, a fim de se apropriar do estado da arte. A segunda fase refere-se ao trabalho de campo, com um longo período in loco, vivendo entre os habitantes, através da observação participante com vistas a descortinar os fatos etnográficos. Procedeu-se, igualmente, à pesquisa qualitativa, por meio das entrevistas aplicadas com determinados atores-sociais, além da recolha de memórias e testemunhos em diversas redes sociais, tendo em vista o amplo fluxo de informações. A última etapa se concretizou por meio da escrita etnográfica onde as informações se transmutam em dados utilizados no processo reflexivo, momento de ordenação das ideias.
The Fête des Vignerons, object of this study that constitutes itself in a medieval celebration of wine producers from Vevey district in Switzerland and its main aim is celebrating the winegrowers work from the region. Best known by the designation Vignerons-Tâcherons. The study stands out that the celebration is considered nowadays, an event of great national and international repercussion, due to its regional and cultural aspects and due to the population's attachment to rural origins of the land work. Although, over the time it has been added numerous elements resulting from modernity and revealing new contours to the festival production, it took on several forms, until its transformation into a spectacular dimension, with marked mediatization, an event that requires a long prior systematization of all organization process, involving a significant number of actors-extras, volunteers and sponsors. Moreover, it has a specificity which has a reflection in the festive production way, the fact that it comprises a temporality with intervals of up to 25 years. The result of a field work undertaken between 2017 and 2020, this research sought to analyze the cultural performance of the organization of this unique event, aiming to understand the dynamics of reproduction of the festival, its organization and the way of transmission between different generations, in addition to the way it is structured and survives during a long period of burst, since each edition takes place in the range of more than two decades. To achieve this objective, two important issues are explored in the process of understanding the celebration. The first of these relates to the identification of active agents directly and /or indirectly related to the organization and reproduction of the party and how memory preservation and transmission is processed. The second question refers to the historical course of the Fête des Vignerons, considering the mechanisms used that corroborate the survival process of the party during the long time between ceremonies. Aspects such as the historical processes, the dynamics of reproduction, the agents involved, the perpetuation mechanisms of the festival, the transitions and disruptions were some of the issues approached throughout the investigation. The ethnographic method was based on three stages. A priori, a bibliographical research was carried out with a dive into the sources and documentary analysis in the archives of the brotherhood and local institutions, in order to appropriate the state of the art. The second phase refers to fieldwork, with a long period in loco, living among the inhabitants, through participant observation in order to unveil the ethnographic facts. Qualitative research was also carried out through interviews with certain social actors, in addition to the collection of memories and testimonies on various social networks, in view of the wide flow of information. The last stage was accomplished through ethnographic writing where the information is transmuted into data used in the reflective process, a moment to organize the ideas.
