| dc.description.abstract | Os A.A. verificaram em células "HeLa" e de fígado humano normal, mantidas em subcultura (Syverton e Chang), uma acção citopatogénica do vírus de Newcastle sobre estas células. Descrevem os métodos empregados para a cultura celular. E os resultados que levaram os A.A. a concluir que os efeitos observados eram devidos à multiplicação do vírus: neutralização deste efeito por soro hiperimune, e passagens sucessivas com retorno aos animais susceptíveis. | pt_PT |
