| dc.description.abstract | Se exponen las principales líneas de trabajo seguidas en el “Proyecto de complementación del Plan de Desarrollo y Ordenamiento Territorial y articulación de nodos de desarrollo con áreas y GAD rurales del cantón de Ibarra”, integrado dentro del Programa Prometeo y bajo la dirección del Eur. Ph. D. Tomás Cordero Ruiz. Las líneas de trabajo aplicadas en el cantón Ibarra sobre medidas patrimoniales bien podrían servir como ejemplo en otros cantones ecuatorianos, donde la puesta en valor del rico Patrimonio Cultural se antoja como un elemento indispensable en el cambio de la matriz productiva y en los objetivos marcados en el Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir. The main lines of work followed in the “Supplemental Project for the Development Plan and Territorial Zoning and Joint Development Nodes with Rural Decentralized Autonomous Governments in Ibarra County” are detailed and integrated into the Prometeo program under the direction of Eur. Ph. D. Thomas Cordero Ruiz. The example of the patromonial measures applied in Ibarra County could well serve as lines of work in other Ecuadorian counties where the appreciation of the rich cultural heritage seems like an essential element in changing the production model and the outlined objectives in the National Plan for Good Living. | en |
