Na província portuguesa de Macau realizou-se um inquérito transversal sobre desenvolvimento de mistos, resultantes do cruzamento de leucoeuropeus e xantoasiáticos, que incidiu em 492 indivíduos de idades compreendidas entre 4-17 anos, o qual deve ser tomado como uma sondagem.
Calcularam-se as curvas do desenvolvimento ponderal, estatural, torácico e busto, bem como as das respectivas velocidades de desenvolvimento.
Apresentam-se as curvas respeitantes aos índices de Bouchard, Pignet-Mayer, Lefrou, de vitalidade e córmico, em função da idade.
Calcularam-se as curvas do desenvolvimento do panículo adiposo abdominal.
Efectuou-se o cálculo das correlações peso/idade, altura/idade e altura/peso para cada sexo e cada um dos grupos etários 4-6 e 7-15 anos, bem como as correspondentes rectas de regressão.
Fez-se a aplicação da grade de Wetzel ao desenvolvimento.
Estabeleceu-se a comparação com o padrão leucoamericano de Stuart e Stevenson, bem como com o xantoasiático por nós anteriormente estabelecido a título provisório para Macau, calculando-se as diferenças com o auxílio do coeficiente de Jaubert.
At the Portuguese Province of Macau was carried out a transverse enquiry concerning the mixed, resulting from the crossing of leucoamericans and xantoasiatics, which incided on 492 persons aged of 4- 17 years old, which must be taken as a drilling. The oscillations of the development of the weight, stature, thorax and bust as well as those refering to the speed of development, were calculated. The oscillations refering to the indexes of Bouchard, Pignet-Mayer, Lefrou, of vitality and cormic, according to the age, are presented. The oscillations of the development of the fatty abdominal paniculoi, were calculated. It was made the calculation of the co-relations weight/age, height/age and height/weight for each sex and each of the group-ages 4-6 and 7-15 years, old well as the corresponding return lines. It was made the application of Wetzel's harrow to the development. It was established the comparison with the leucoamerican pattern of Stuart and Stevenson, as well as with the xantoasiatics established temporarily for Macau the differences having been calculated with the help of Jaubert's coefficient.
