Alvará de D. Filipe I ordenando a mudança de local do Hospital dos pobres e enfermos de Castelo Branco, por estar edificado numa rua direita e
estreita, sem escoamento de águas para limpeza
do hospital e sem poder ser ampliado, pelo que
devia ser construído noutro local mais adequado
e com todas as casas necessárias.
