João de Magalhães empraza, a Afonso Domingues, moleiro, em três vidas, dois moinhos que
tinha dentro da vila de Cernache, um deles alveiro e o outro segundeiro. O primeiro deles partia,
de um dos lados, com o Moinho do Papel e, o
outro, com o Moinho do Cubo. De renda e pensão, o inquilino pagaria 52 moios de pão meado,
por dia de Santiago de cada ano.
18 July 1437, Coimbra João de Magalhães leases to Afonso Domingues, miller, for the duration of three lives, two windmills that he owned in the town of Cernache, one of which was for grinding white flour only, the other for millet and corn flour. The former bordered Moinho de Papel, on one side, while the other bordered Moinho do Cubo. The rent and pension to be paid by the tenant was 52 moios [measuring unit] of flour mix on Santiago day each year.
