Museu Nacional de Azulejo: um exemplo de comunicação intercultural para uma melhor acessibilidade

Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio identifica a experiência e a apresentação das atividades realizadas no Museu Nacional do Azulejo (MNAz), de outubro de 2017 até abril de 2018. Inserido no âmbito do projeto de melhor acessibilidade da comunicação intercultural, o meu trabalho foi realizado em torno do tema Museu Nacional do Azulejo: um exemplo de comunicação intercultural para uma melhor acessibilidade. O relatório é dividido em duas partes: começa por se centrar na comunicação intercultural e na discussão teórica em torno da sua integração com a teoria da comunicação intercultural e da sua aplicabilidade no âmbito museológico, passando seguidamente para uma exposição e análise do estágio no museu, através da apresentação da instituição, da sua história e colecção. Merece particular desenvolvimento o processo da elaboração da versão chinesa do audioguia. Assim, apresenta-se o método da elaboração da versão chinesa do audioguia e as dificuldades encontradas, pretendendo-se dar já algumas indicações para melhoramentos que poderão ser realizados no futuro. Em Anexo surge versão a chinesa do audioguia, no intuito de vir a servir de instrumento de trabalho.

This internship report intensifies an experience and presentation of activity from my work at the Azulejo National Museum in October of 2017 until April of 2018. It is a part of the museum project: international communication for a better access. My work was registered as the theme: Azulejo National Museum: an example of international communication for better access. The report is divided into two parts. First, is about the intercultural communication: an integrated discussion with the theory of intercultural communication and its applicability in the musicological context and at the same time, a relation with access that offers a basic theory for my work. Second, my internship at the museum includes a presentation of the museum and its history and collection. The main work: process of the elaboration of Chinese version of audio guide is being emphasized. It presents the method of the elaboration of the Chinese version audio guide, and at the same time, the difficulties during the work are presented in order to improve the audio guide in the future. Lastly, the annexes of the audio guide in Chinese version is presents to give a good example of an orientation for similar works in the future.
