O jornalismo televisivo e a relação com os telespectadores : o lugar do cidadão no Primeiro Jornal da SIC

Abstract

O contacto dos telespectadores com as agendas de serviço para dar conhecimento de potenciais notícias é um factor indispensável à existência do órgãos de comunicação social. O número de peças que chega à grelha dos jornais por essa via em detrimento das agências e de fontes habituais afigura-se, porém, uma matéria pouco estudada ou sobre a qual existe pouca informação. O presente relatório visa apurar o número de peças deste tipo que chegaram à grelha do Primeiro Jornal da SIC entre os meses de fevereiro e março de 2015. Através de uma investigação e posterior análise procurou-se apurar a representatividade dos temas perante a totalidade de notícias que diariamente são transmitidas no jornal e o tipo de jornalistas que as realizam contribuindo, desta forma, para uma revelação clara da sua expressão. Uma vez que o relatório foi realizado imediatamente após a um estágio de 6 meses na mesma instituição, a observação participante fez também parte, em larga medida, das conclusões a que se chegou com o estudo, uma vez que permitiu um entendimento maior do contexto em que o jornal é realizado, as pessoas que o organizam e os critérios por que se regem.

The contact of the viewers with the service schedules to give notice of potential news is an indispensable factor to the existence of the media. The number of pieces that reaches the grid of tvjournals in this way at the expense of agencies and usual sources appears, however, a subject little studied or on which there is little information. This report aims to determine the number of pieces of this type that arrived at the grid of the First Journal of the portugueses independent tv channel SIC, between the months of February and March 2015. Through an investigation and further analysis the paper’s objetive is to ascertain the representativeness of the issues between the usual daily news and the kind of journalists who perform contributing thus to a clear revelation of its expression. Once the report was performed immediately after a 6-month internship at the same institution, participant observation was also part largely of the conclusions arrived at by the study, as it enabled a better understanding of the context in that the tv journal is done, the people who organize and criteria which govern it.
