Abstract: The thesis analyzes a simulated company named "Mudança Motors" over twenty-eight business quarters. The simulation is designed to address the cooperation of key executive roles represented by students. It aims to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical application in business strategy, financial decision-making, and operations management. Additionally, it presents a reflective component where the author critically evaluates his own contributions and performance within the team. Ultimately, it provides insights into the challenges of managing an automotive company amidst industry disruption characterized by electrification and sustainability, emphasizing the importance of strategic decision-making and effective team collaboration.
