Abstract: This thesis rigorously examines the internationalization journey of MotorCar Services Consulting Iberia. It initiates with comprehensive literature reviews on five key internationalization topics. Subsequently, it assesses MCC Iberia's domestic market position and conducts a meticulous international market selection process. Utilizing quantitative analysis, countries are ranked and clustered to identify prime expansion markets. Detailed in depth market analyses follow for potential markets, informing tailored entry strategies, particularly focusing on the United States. Additionally, region-specific marketing plans and financial forecasts were created to ensure strategic decision-making and optimal outcomes for MCC Iberia's global expansion.
