Resumo: This thesis rigorously examines the internationalization journey of MotorCar Services Consulting Iberia. It initiates with a comprehensive literature review on international market selection in the business services industry. Subsequently, it assesses MCC Iberia's domestic market position and conducts a meticulous international market selection process. Utilizing quantitative analysis, countries are ranked and clustered to identify prime expansion markets. Detailed in-depth market analyses follow for potential markets, informing tailored entry strategies, particularly focusing on the United States. Additionally, region-specific marketing plans and financial forecasts were created to ensure strategic decision-making and optimal outcomes for MCC Iberia's global expansion.
