The article embarks on a comprehensive bibliometric journey to elucidate the complex interplay between knowledge management capabilities and perceived performance within information technology small and medium-sized enterprises (IT SMEs). Through a meticulous examination of occurrences, word frequencies, and clustering analysis, this study unveils pivotal thematic realms that significantly sway IT SMEs. Utilizing the cutting-edge tools of RStudio software and the Biblioshiny application, the research methodically dissects average citations per year, presenting a dynamic view of research impact and evolving significance within the domain.
