| Abstract: | The purpose of this Field-Lab was to develop a comprehensive growth strategy for Brose's pedelec business. The methodology involved interviews with 20 experts along the supply chain and xxxx collaboration with Brose. Based on the internal and external analysis, including the deduction of a market forecast, 'Entering the Light-Drive Market' was identified as the most promising growth option. The analysis revealed that Brose should consider acquiring XXX’s or XXX’s Light-Drive operations due to time-to-market considerations. If the transaction is infeasible, Brose should develop Light-Drives in-house, as the provided marketing plan and financial forecast suggests positive returns (NPV of xxxx). |
