| Abstract: | This thesis is a proposal for a corporate report for SL Benfica’s board analysis. It is a tool adjusted to the reality of SL Benfica which allows the club to self-evaluate its performance, strategies and commitments. Covering Sports Performance, Youth Academy and Commercial & Marketing, the report emphasizes the critical role of corporate reporting in guiding decisions. Explores the use of key performance indicators (KPIs) and recognises the limitations of this analysis. |
