Abstract: | The present work project answers how SaltPay, a payment service and software provider, aims to gain market share and revenue growth in the e-POS industry. With SaltPay’s recent acquisition Loyverse, the three most attractive European countries, namely Germany, Denmark, and Italy, are identified in a country selection process. An in-depth analysis then evaluates the attractivity of the Danish e-POS market. By employing qualitative and quantitative research, this work project’s goal is to build an expansion and market entry strategy. |
