| Abstract: | In this work, the optimization of cutting diagrams for a particular company in the woodworking industry is explored. The data is analysed and formatted, with key tables in the database being linked and visualized using Power BI. Mathematical constraints are then used to form convex boundaries for a linear optimization program, which is used to select the most profitable product from the log profile. |
