| Abstract: | The present work project answers how SaltPay, a payment service and software provider, aims to gain market share and revenue growth in the e-POS industry. With SaltPay’s recent acquisition Loyverse, Germany is identified in a country selection process and contains further elaborations in the in-depth analysis. By employing qualitative and quantitative research, this work project’s goal is to build an expansion and market entry strategy.
