Abstract: The current project involves the conception of a strategy to guarantee a well-established future for Diário da República. The purpose of this Work Project is to support Diário da República in adapting to the new trends regarding User Experience and online consumption of information, leading to efficiency, accessibility, and proximity relationship with Portuguese society. An analysis of the Official Journal, User Experience, Customer Proximity Trends, and Loyalty Strategies allowed the identification of Best Practices, Concept Testing, and Validation, which are the key steps in the methodology. The outcome led to a set of recommendations that ground the strategy.
