| Abstract: | This work project examines the development process of Infantly, a proposed sustainable fashion rental service for babies in Germany. Using the Lean Startup framework, the project identified the key characteristics and strategic focus of the business concept and gained external validation from the baby clothing industry. Surveys and interviews revealed parental interest and resulted in sales of €343.50. This paper outlines Infantly's future, proposing that the platform should prioritize sustainable brands, promote its benefits, and focus on outerwear to reduce garment waste and contribute to a more sustainable fashion future. |
