| Abstract: | In this paper a detailed valuation of Whirlpool’s share price as of 31-Dec-2022 can be found, analysis performed through two different methods. The main approach is the Discounted Cash-Flow and then, a Multiples Valuation was performed to support the previous conclusions. Whirlpool is a cyclical company that is directed related to the economic state at every moment and its performance follows the trends of the Household Appliances industry. Covid-19 or other unexpected event can easily impact the company’s valuation, since the share price is rather sensitive to fluctuations in the WACC and in the steady-state growth rate. According to this valuation’s findings, the recommendation is to Hold. |
