| Abstract: | This project report analyzes the social initiative “MIMO” of Acembex Comércio e Serviços Lda and provides recommendations to sustain and grow the programin the future. Based on the internal and the external analysis findings, four solutions have been presented to Acembex. Two of them have been chose as most suitable in collaboration with the company and were further developed in-depth. The program's long evity can be addressed by starting to treat the program as a business while creating a communication strategy and streng thening an employee engagement approach. |
