This report presents the internationalization process of Logoplaste to Nigeria. To enter into this market, the company would have to adopt the flexible packaging technology, as the low income of the population limits the success of rigid containers. The aim of this report is to understand what resources can be transferred from the rigid packaging business to flexible packaging, to provide a careful analysis of the Nigerian market and
to suggest an implementation plan.
