| Abstract: | The following work project is an equity research of the main airline in Latin America, LATAM. Firstly ,a detail research of the Chilean company history, past and future strategy is done. Then, a sectorial and macroeconomic analysis is performed in order to identify key components that may affect the valuation of the company. Following this, a robust revenues and costs value drivers model is proposed in order to forecast the financial statements of the company for the period 2020 –2030. Finally, two methodological approaches are used to valuate the company– DCF and Multiples-. Based on the results, a recommendation is done for potential investors. |
