Abstract: | 3DWays is a3D printing service-providing company. Following a Country and Cluster Analysis ,Sweden resulted to be on eofthefivemos attractive countries in view of 3DWays ’internationalization plan. There fore, the aimof this section is to assess the following aspects, characterizing Swedish nationa lbusiness context: potential contacts ,competitive landscape ,market and sales potential and, finally, market entry conditions. After a careful analysis, it can be concludeded that Sweden represents a favourable environment under every dimension ,except for market and sales potential, which resulted to be extremely constrained dueto its limited investments in A Mindustry and relative lynarrow health care sector compared toother OECD countries. |
