| Abstract: | The current paper provides a thorough analysis of Marks & Spencer’s stockperformance.The analysis explores the arguments which support a SELL recommendation. For the purpose, a detailed analysis of the UK Food and Fashion retail industries is conducted, following an overview of the company’s historical background and financial performance. The paper places special emphasis on the company’s future value drivers and potential risks for the investment decision. |
