Is the portuguese delivery sector ready for digitalization? The case of Vonzu

Abstract

The currentWork Project (WP) was made in collaboration with a Spanish startup, Vonzu Tech, that is focused on the digitalization of last miledeliverysector.The rapid growth in e-commerce and the increasing consumer needs in terms of delivery time and convenience has led to profound changes on supply chain logistics. So, the main objective of this study is to analyze the Portuguese delivery sectorand itslevel of digitalization in order to understandif there is an opportunity for Vonzuin the Portuguesemarket and the best strategy to enter and target it.
