This study intends to reflect on time management in the classroom and the effective distribution of tasks so that lesson plans are fully taught in each class. In order to do this, eighteen lessons were carefully planned, taking into account their implementation in the classroom and the time dedicated to each task, aiming to continuously improve my time management in each lesson. The teacher is the manager of time and pace in the classroom and effective management enables more consistent student learning. Therefore, in order to maximize the students’ learning process, the teacher must thoroughly consider the amount of time dedicated to each activity in the classroom, as well as the need to provide an appropriate pace of each given task. Conclusions of this study show that the experience and practice of several classes contributed to an effective improvement in both lesson planning and time management. The classes were recorded, the times assigned to each activity were checked and it was verified that the trainee was able to better manage the time and pace in order to fulfill the plan as stipulated.
