dc.description.abstract	The Work Project presents the development of the business model, and operational and logistical processes associated to the creation of the home delivery service of Pingo Doce’s take-away meals. The research about this particular theme was fulfilled with the intention of presenting to the company a complementary new service that would support the progression of the current business to adapt to an upcoming reality of different market needs.
