ASAE como entidade dinamizadora das boas práticas europeias para os PALOP

Abstract

O presente relatório insere-se no âmbito do estágio curricular do Mestrado em Ciência Política e Relações Internacionais, especialização em Relações Internacionais, da FCSH/NOVA – Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas da Universidade Nova de Lisboa. O estágio curricular decorreu no Gabinete de Relações Internacionais da Autoridade de Segurança Económica Alimentar, com uma duração de 800 horas. O presente relatório tem como principal temática a “ASAE como dinamizadora das Boas Práticas Europeias para os PALOP”, sendo o mesmo composto em quatro capítulos, em que a parte conceptual abordará mais a parte temática do relatório. Escolhi a seguinte temática conceptual para o relatório, porque acredito verdadeiramente na importância da internacionalização de organismos estatais como a ASAE, através do incremento das suas relações bilaterais e multilaterais com as suas homólogas, pois atualmente neste mundo globalizado em que vivemos só faz sentido este caminho de colaboração com outras homólogas internacionais. Escolhi o caso específico dos PALOP para demonstrar também a importância do trabalho que a ASAE tem mantido com as suas homólogas dos PALOP e no impulso que a ASAE tem dado para o desenvolvimento das mesmas. O relatório está composto em quatro capítulos: o primeiro refere-se à caraterização do local de estágio, ou seja, a caraterização da ASAE e também do seu Gabinete de Relações Internacionais. O segundo capítulo aborda o enquadramento conceptual do relatório, abordando vários conceitos que foram essenciais para a minha aprendizagem durante o estágio e que também estão fortemente ligados à temática abordada no presente relatório. O terceiro capítulo refere-se às atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio, demonstrando assim toda a parte prática em que tive oportunidade em participar e dar o meu contributo durante o estágio. No quarto e último capítulo estão as minhas reflexões finais do estágio curricular e do seu relatório.

This report is part of the curriculum internship of the Master in Political Science and International Relations, specialization in International Relations, FCSH / NOVA - Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities – NOVA University of Lisbon. The curricular internship took place in the Office of International Relations of the Food Economic Security Authority, which lasted 800 hours. The main theme of this report is the "ASAE as a driving force for European Good Practices for PALOPs". It is composed of four chapters, the conceptual part of which will deal with the thematic part of the report. I chose the following conceptual theme for the report, because I truly believe in the importance of the internationalization of state agencies, such as the ASAE, by increasing their bilateral and multilateral relations with their counterparts, because currently in this globalized world that we live, it only makes sense this path of collaboration with other international counterparts. I have chosen the specific case of the PALOPs to demonstrate also the importance of the work that the ASAE has maintained with its PALOP counterparts and the boost that the ASAE has given to their development. The report is composed of four chapters: the first refers to the characterization of the place of internship, that is, the characterization of ASAE and its Office of International Relations. The second chapter brings us to the conceptual framework of the report, addressing several concepts that were essential for my apprenticeship during the internship, and which are also strongly linked to the theme addressed in this report. The third chapter refers to the activities developed during the internship, thus demonstrating all the practical part in which I had the opportunity to participate and make my contribution during the internship. In the fourth and final chapter are my final reflections on the curriculum internship and its report.
