O relatório de estágio elaborado inclui três partes distintas interligadas entre si. A
primeira refere-se ao enquadramento histórico, objetivos e ação da UCCLA ao longo
dos anos. A segunda corresponde a uma reflexão sobre a política externa portuguesa
e a sua interligação com a UCCLA e o relacionamento desta com a CPLP. A terceira
parte procura inicialmente demonstrar a importância dos municípios na cooperação e
a experiência vivida pelo município de Borba em termos de cooperação, bem como o
trabalho realizado, pela sua participação em projetos com várias cidades no Mundo e
os acordos de colaboração estabelecidos.
The internship report includes three different parts connected in between themselves. The first refers to the UCCLA’s historical framework, objectives and action along the years. The second corresponds to a reflection about Portugal’s external politics and its interconnection with UCCLA and its relationship with CPLP. The third part searches to demonstrate the importance of municipalities in cooperation and the experience of Borba municipality in terms of cooperation, as well as the work associated with Borba’s participation in projects with various cities in the world and the collaboration agreements that were established.
