| Resumo: | This Work Project provides valuable insights for executives considering the introduction or enhancement of Finance Business Partnering (FBP) in their organizations. It examines how executives perceive the process of adopting and managing FBP and its value. Based on a literature review and interviews with top executives, key findings highlight the importance of aligning objectives across departments, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and addressing technological and human resource challenges. The study underscores the need for clear communication of FBP's role, mutual respect between departments, and integrating advanced BI tools and AI for effective FBP. These insights offer practical managerial implications for improving decision-making and business performance. |
