Abstract: | This Work Project takes the format of a Teaching Case Study. This case study encourages reflection and discussion on Sustainable Business Model Innovation (SBMI) transitions and tensions. These topics are explored by looking at the case of a mainstream Real Estate company that finds the need to address a pressing real-world issue: its environmental impact. The case encourages students to discuss the feasibility and impacts of incorporating a traditional, ecofriendly, Portuguese building technique into the main activities of the company. |
