Um conto de fadas infantil: edição e análise

Abstract

Por que não dar voz autoral às crianças? Este Trabalho de Projeto elabora um modelo de oficina de escrita criativa com o intuito de incentivar e apoiar a produção textual de crianças do 4o ano de escolaridade, editando uma coletânea de contos escritos por estes jovens autores. Durante a pesquisa, analisa-se o processo lúdico de escrita, facilitado através da introdução de pontos de partida estimulantes e criativos, que podem contribuir para a concretização dos resultados esperados. Assim sendo, uma “caixa mágica” repleta de objetos de natureza diversa, trajes, imagens e palavras deve ser introduzida à sua maneira no texto. A partir dos manuscritos, identificam-se alternativas digitais e propõem-se soluções editoriais para a forma como as crianças usam o espaço das páginas, fazem anotações, auto-correções, acréscimos e realizam ilustrações. Para fins de análise, a pesquisa fundamenta-se no modelo da edição diplomática e fac-similada, no entanto, encontra no modelo interpretativo o suporte comunicativo necessário para a produção do livro físico. Ao refletir questões essenciais à edição de texto – tal como finalidade, público-alvo, função, materialidade e concepção de um livro, ou seja, o diálogo entre o suporte digital e o papel, os limites entre as tarefas de autor, revisor e editor – argumenta-se também que os Märchen, definição adotada para os contos de fadas, são tradições discursivas em processo de transformação cultural e histórica.

Why not give children an authorial voice? This project aims to develop a model for a creative writing workshop in order to encourage and support the textual production of children in the fourth year of school, publishing a collection of short stories written by these young authors. During the research, the playful writing process is favoured by introducing stimulating and creative starting points that can help achieve the expected results. As such, a ‘magic cabinet’ filled with objects of various kinds, costumes, images and words must be introduced into the text in its own way. Through the manuscripts, digital alternatives are created and editorial solutions are proposed for the way children use the space on the pages, make annotations, self-corrections, additions and illustrations. For the purposes of analysis, the research is based on the model of the diplomatic and facsimile edition, but finds in the interpretive model the necessary communicative support for the production of the physical book. By reflecting on issues that are essential to text publishing, such as the purpose, target audience, function, materiality and conception of a book, that is, the dialogue between the digital medium and paper, the boundaries between the duties of author, proofreader and editor, it is also argued that the Märchen, the adopted definition of fairy tales, are discursive traditions that are still undergoing cultural transformation.
