| Abstract: | The purpose of this Field-Lab was to develop a comprehensive growth strategy for Brose's pedelec business. The methodology involved interviews with 20 experts along the supply chain and close collaboration with Brose. Based on the internal and external analysis, including the deduction of a market forecast, 'Entering the Light-Drive Market' was identified as the most promising growth option. To enter this market, it is recommended to pursue an industry-wide differentiation strategy. |
